Black Sesame Seed Toffee Brittle
On a recent visit to San Francisco we re-discovered a favorite umami-packed confection. Created by chocolatier Christine Doerr NeoCocoa in 2016, this brittle starts with 70% Ecuadorian Camino Verde chocolate, adding toffee, brown sugar, sea salt and sesame seed to create the satisfyingly cronchy taste explosion.
