Sleep feels increasingly like the hardest health target to achieve. The reason: our phones, screens and the wake-making blue light emitted by them is in direct conflict with our body chemistry. A great solution we’ve tried recently is Roka’s red lens Wind Down glasses that cut short-wavelength green and blue light. Divot tools allow players to repair the divot their ball creates when landing or from a club hitting the ball and taking a little bit of grass along with it. These tools come in single or double prong and though Discommon makes both, but we’re told that greenskeepers tend to prefer single prong as they cause less damage to the grass’s root system.
