Chemex Glass Water Kettle
Designer Peter Schlumbohm dreamt up this kettle design in 1944, after he designed the now classic Chemex container. The borosilicate glass is handblown and the stopper ensures steam escapes without heating the neck, allowing it to be gripped without burning the hand. Part of MOMA’s permanent collection but now available to all. Dimensions: 13″ x 8½”
Available from Canoe for $75
