On a recent visit to the Ojai, California-based tea maker we sampled several teas in their zodiac collection—Aries Garden of Eden Oolong, with its rose, blackberry, bergamot and reishi mushroom, was was a favorite. Essential Hinoki To Go Kit

Among the many discoveries we experienced on a recent trip to Seoul’s Jeju Island is the bountiful scent of Hinoki, a cypress tree native to East Asia.
