Always experimenting, they offer 18 or so different beers at any given time, a mix between their always available classics—Run Wild, Upside Dawn, Free Wave, and Cerveza Atletica—and seasonal and limited edition craft brews across the spectrum of varieties including IPAs, sours, pale, Belgian, lite, dark, copper, gose and more. With two breweries, one in CT (what’s believed to be the largest NA brewery in the world) and one in CA they are able to quickly distribute fresh beer across the country. SF-based, bean-to-bar Dandelion Chocolate never disappoints, and their new Tokyo Gâteaux (made by the brand’s Japan presence) are certainly one of their most intriguing confections, There are two cakes, one that’s made with a 70% Indian chocolate, and one with a 70% Ugandan chocolate. Both impress, each with their different taste profile. Made with only four ingredients—single-origen chocolate, organic cane sugar, egg yokes and butter—last up to a month in the refrigerator. Temperature changes the cake’s flavor profile and texture, and tasting it cold, room temperature and heated each present a different experience. These simple coasters are hand dyed in NYC with natural indigo dye using remnant vegetable tanned leather from Japan. Once dyed they are treated with leather oil to maintain their sheen. Given the nature of the indigo dye and the batch of leather each coaster is unique, and while the ones you receive will be very similar they will not be identical to the ones shown in these images. Note that the indigo may rub off initially so you may want to avoid using on light colored surfaces, but they will settle in over time. The coasters are 3.5″ / 9cm in diameter.
