Not only is the design of the bottle gorgeous, the vermouth inside is delicious. If you’re only drinking vermouth in cocktails, this is the best way to venture further: try it on ice, with a little soda, or (as it’s traditionally consumed in Spain) with sparkling water, a slice of citrus fruit and a green olive. It makes for a perfect afternoon or brunch cocktail—somewhat akin to an Aperol spritz.
